Dear Sir,
I thank you sery much for your informing me of the
issuance of a number of postal stamps under the name
of Afghanistan. Although the details and
charasteristic of the stamps cannot clearly be seen
but as I see the attachment of e-mail , these stamps
have never been ordered by this administration and
according to the rule of UPU in case of issue the
legal stamps, the member administrations fill the WNS
form which has been designed by UPU and the latter
shows it in the web site established for this
purposes. So, we have to inform the UPU for circuating
the illegality of the stamps and will forward a copy
of the attachment that we got it through your email.
