The notarised letter below was issued by the UPU on the 24th February 1978 to the Michel Catalogue, confirming the appointment of our source as sole concessionary to issue stamps on behalf of Equatorial Guinea. Why have the legal stamps issued under this contract disappeared from the Michel Catalogue? Why aren't the illegal stamps issued by Sako Khatchikian removed from the catalogue? Is it because Wolfgang Maier of the Michel Catalogue and Sako Khatchikian (Impressor S.A.) are good friends?
