Welcome to Stamp Scandal.com, the site that reveals the shabby practices
that currently operate in the philatelic business, practices that are
plunging the once reputable world of stamp dealing and collecting into
the twilit world of the barely legal and downright illegal.
Again and again the UPU fails the philatelist. We demand an answer to
vital questions. Why was there a gross dereliction of duty? What is their
relationship with AFINSA? Click on the link above.

Peru & Nicaragua Europa issue
doubts We
have discovered Europa issues by Peru and
Nicaragua that arouse grave concerns not least of which is what do
Nicaraguan birds and monuments have to do with the 50th Anniversary of
Europa?
We spoke to both the Peruvian and Nicaraguan Post Office Directors in
an attempt to find out the truth.
The Peruvian authorities told us that only 15,000 stamps were printed
whiile the Nicaraguans politely asked us to pop in and see them and discuss
the matter.
One source told us that at least 37,500 of the Peruvian stamps were printed,
another source informed us that 500,000 were printed. Are the Peruvian
authorities like the Uruguayans (see below), unable to tell anyone how
many of their own stamps have been printed?
A further worry is that these stamps were also printed by the security
printer, Letra Viva S.A. in Buenos Aires, Argentina presumably under the
supervision of Carlos Fogolin, the agent of AFINSA in Argentina and until
the end of last year Nicaragua's official agent in Europe was the disgraced
AFINSA organisation. Both the Peruvian and Nicaraguan governments are
conducting fraud investigations at the highest level. More as the story
unfolds.
Palestinian stamp scandal
Take a visit to http://www.zobbel.de,
a site dedicated, as we are, to the eradication of illegal stamps. You
can read a well-researched article on the production of fake Palestine
stamps. What the author doesn't know is that it is our old friend, Algirdas
Satas who is responsible for their production. Mr. Satas has been doing
this for so long with no intervention from the authorities that he has
been able to launder the money from the sale of fake stamps into legitimate
activities. More soon.
Uruguay Europa issue linked to
Forum scandal
As if the poor investors in Spain haven't suffered enough. The production
of these Europa
stamps was organised by Carlos
Fogolin, the agent of AFINSA in Argentina and then sold to a European
company, who, by selling them to various dummy companies, artificially
inflated their value. Forum Filatélico then bought them to cheat
the luckless Spanish investors of even more money.
The post
office in Uruguay blatantly lied when they claimed only 15,000 were
printed. According to our sources, over 500,000 were printed by the security
printer, Letra Viva S.A. in Buenos Aires, Argentina. El Pais, Montevideo
have written a number of articles about it and continue to investigate
this outrageous fraud. More facts soon.
Jewish-American prostate expert
exposed We expose the mis-information &
lies peddled by the Jewish-American prostate expert Les Winick in his
article "How to Produce Legal Stamps" from the Philatelic Exporter,
September 2005 issue, pages 34-37.
UPU & some African postal
administration directors form a
network of fraud and corruption
Despite our extensive reports on the endemic corruption rife amongst many
African postal administration directors, the UPU seeks to actively cover
up their activities.
We ask the questions no one else will - why won't the UPU curb the criminal
excesses of its' own members? Who benefits from their ill-gotten gains?
