Another triumph for the UPU!!

The UPU continues it's mis-directed and incoherent attack on the legitimate stamp trade.

This time their target is the Spanish government!!

In 1996, the Spanish government issued stamps on behalf of Equatorial Guinea which featured in the Michel catalogue.

This of course carries no weight with the UPU, which promptly issued a directive denouncing them as illegal, on the word of the Postal Administration of Equatorial Guinea.

We regard it as highly unlikely that the national government of a major European country would attempt to defraud a small African country. We shall investigate and provide more detail later.
