The Managers of the De Rosa Organisation meet
again for a “Year End Seminar”
In 2001 too,
from December 11 to 13, Santiago Coca, Executive
Director of the De Rosa Organisation chaired a special
meeting, called the “Year End Seminar” (YES), where all
the Managers of the De Rosa Organisation attended, with
the only exception of José Cano, Managing Director of De
Rosa Novedades, who was absent because of ill-health.
The meeting was held at “El Escorial”, the site of the
“Real Monasterio de San Lorenzo”, about 50km out of
Madrid, Spain. The aim of this Seminar is to sum-up the
achievements of each company in the year that is going
to finish and have a preview of the main goals for the
following. The De Rosa Group Managers made their
presentations, outlining activities, achievements and
results of their respective companies in 2001 and gave
detailed information abut the key elements of their
2002 Business Plans. All the information presented have
been then updated with the 2001 final data and gathered
in a “2001 YES Report” available for the Afinsa Board
of Directors as well, for their information and
reference. On the third morning of the meeting, all
the people attending the YES took the opportunity to
take an excursion to “El valle de los caídos” (The
Fallen’s valley), a Spanish Civil War Memorial. They
shared together a few relaxed hours, spending the
morning visiting this historical place. |
